Buying needs to know：
1. When placing an order, please leave a message or remark on your acceptance model. We are purely handmade. It takes 7-15 days to make, and it will be shipped within 30 days after placing the order.
2. We make every mobile phone case seriously, but there may be some small flaws in the handmade work, and there may be air bubbles in the epoxy case, we will try to avoid it.
3. The position of the accessories will be adjusted according to the size of the phone case, and some accessories that are out of stock will be replaced with the same type of accessories.
4. If we make it in advance, it will be shipped immediately.
5.No returns or exchanges after an order is placed. Because it's a custom phone case product, no refund or exchange is possible for a personal custom product :D

Returns
We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
Once handmade products are purchased without any quality issues, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you chooses to refund due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for 20% -30% of the economic loss fee (including refund processing fees deducted from payment methods). Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged after placing an order, unless there are quality issues.
Returns cost $12 which will be deducted from your return total. However, if your item is classed as faulty, this fee will be wavered once the item has been checked. For all faulty items please contact our customer service team on imsupermalou@gmail.com for a faulty authorisation code before sending your return back to us. Any faulty returns that are returned without an authorisation code will NOT be refunded.
When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear, lingerie & sexual wellness. Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item.
Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange.

As someone who usually cheapens out on phone cases, this was my first time buying a nice phone case for my phone, and my experience was amazing. My order was shipped only two days after purchase, which amazed me for a completely handmade item!! Everything came super quick and organized, and I even received the cutest freebies (sticker sheets). I had no idea what my phone case was going to look like, as it was my first time ordering here, but it completely exceeded my expectations :)) I am obsessed with it and am constantly admiring the fact that each sticker is placed perfectly and exactly where I wanted them. The glittery resin is also the cherry on top. This will 100% be my new favorite place to get phone cases. The phone charms I also purchased were really well made and really cute.
