Returns
We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
Once handmade products are purchased without any quality issues, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you chooses to refund due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for 20% -30% of the economic loss fee (including refund processing fees deducted from payment methods). Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged after placing an order, unless there are quality issues.
Returns cost $12 which will be deducted from your return total. However, if your item is classed as faulty, this fee will be wavered once the item has been checked. For all faulty items please contact our customer service team on imsupermalou@gmail.com for a faulty authorisation code before sending your return back to us. Any faulty returns that are returned without an authorisation code will NOT be refunded.
When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear, lingerie & sexual wellness. Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item.

I will start off by saying that the length and height of the book isn’t that big. It’s not even as big as my hand, and when you open the book, it’s not properly put together and the spine doesn’t connect to all the pages. Though the pages themselves stay well functioning. I am okay with the size of the book, as I have looked online before buying it and came to terms with that fact.
But there’s one thing that made click 5 stars, there is BUGGY stickers!!!!! And one corazon sticker! I was SO HAPPY TO FIND OUT! And they are adorable! Even though sh*nks appears in them.. that’s fine whatever…
The stickers are all so cute, like every single one of them! And if I could I’d show everyone each individual page because AAAA so cute!! But I’ll show my favorites instead!
OKAY WELL I CANT. I CAN ONLY SEND FIVE WHICH SUCKS BECAUSE THERES SO MANY CUTE ONES!! be aware that there’s not a lot of variety so if you have a slightly niche character as your favorite they may not appear, which is why I was so happy when I saw buggy I truly believed it would just be the strawhats and ace and law and you know.. the overrated ones.
IM NOT GOING TO ACT LIKE THE ACE PAGE ISNT CUTE!! It’s adorable! I just couldn’t fit it in here… overall was it worth the 50 bucks I dropped? Yes! I loved them so very much!
